Feeding

Dishes of the region with local ingredients

The cuisine in Colombia is as varied as their mountains and landscapes. In the interior of the country we usually use ingredients such as the “pastusa” potato and the “criolla” potato to prepare dishes such as the “ajiaco”. Within the menu of the peasant cuisine you can also find ingredients such as beans, corn, green beans and corn flour for the preparation of the famous and typical “peasant mazamorra“, a dish inherited from grandmother.
Our menu consists of regional dishes made with some products from our farm. In the house you will have a table with hot drinks such as coffee, tea or freshly picked aromatic herbs that you can have access to one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

If you are a vegetarian, you can enjoy these typical foods. We recommend you let us know in your reservation as well as if you are allergic to any particular ingredient or food.
