Lodging

Rooms overlooking the Blanco River basin.

Finca Suasie offers to its visitors the option of spending the night in our house, located on the mountain with a beautiful view and a rural environment where you can learn a bit about the culture and customs of the local people. You will always have a hot drink to recharge energies and food made with products from the region to make this an autochthonous and unforgettable plan. Our idea is to offer a simple and quiet environment; at night light the fireplace to share experiences and rest from the walks and tours.
The house consists of four rooms three of which we offer to visitors. There are two internal bathrooms and one external. The rooms can be shared by a maximum of four people. The social areas offer large spaces to share after each day.

Feeding

Regional dishes with local ingredients

The cuisine in Colombia is as varied as the relief of its landscapes. In the interior of the country we usually use ingredients such as the “pastusa” potato and the “criolla” potato to prepare dishes like the “ajiaco”. Within the menu of peasant cuisine you can also find ingredients such as beans, corn, green beans and cornmeal for the preparation of the famous and typical “peasant mazamorra”, a dish inherited from the grandmother.
In the house you will always have a table with hot drinks such as coffee, tea or aromatic freshly picked, which you can access as many times as you want.

If you are a vegetarian, you can enjoy these typical foods. We recommend you let us know in your reservation as well as if you are allergic to any particular ingredient or food.
